STIR-N-DROP OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. rolled oats

Combine above ingredients in a bowl. Then mix in thoroughly: 2 tbsp. milk 1 egg

Stir in:

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake about 10 minutes, just until soft. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

I had to add an extra egg as my oats were large. Amazing, light and fluffy!
