SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter. Mix with above mixture. Put in baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. pecans
1/2 c. flour
1 stick melted butter
1 c. brown sugar

Mix and place on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375 about 20 minutes.
