SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 can Carnation milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 c. coconut
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)

Melt butter and sugar. Add to cornflakes and nuts. Mix well. Pour on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
