SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

I cut down on the sugar, 3/4 cup is plenty.

Mix mashed sweet potatoes with the sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. angel flake coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix and place on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes or lightly browned.
