SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Mix all the ingredients together. Put in a well greased 2 quart casserole. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
