LINDSEY'S BEST MOIST CHOCOLATE
CHIP COOKIES
 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease cookie sheets.

Combine butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla extract, salt and baking soda. Mix with electric mixer until blended.

Slowly add flour while mixing with electric mixer until blended. Mixture should be thick. Add chocolate chunks and mix with a wooden spoon.

Drop tablespoon size dough on baking sheet, about 3-inches apart.

Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies should look a little under cooked. Place on wire cooling rack until cool.
