CHINESE CHESS PIE 
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1/2 c. English walnuts
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Dash salt

In saucepan, melt the butter and vinegar over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove, immediately add sugar, salt and eggs. Hand stir until smooth and even. Add rest of ingredients. (Add more of any if desired). Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
