1 pkg. macaroni
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
3 c. Velveeta cheese
Top with bread crumbs, about 1 c.

Fix the macaroni as you would out of the package. Add butter, salt and sour cream with Velveeta cheese. You can add pepper for spite or doctor this recipe to your liking.
