BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
2 sticks butter, softened
2 egg whites
3 lg. bananas, sliced lengthwise
Chopped cherries
Chopped nuts

Melt butter; add graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar. Mix well and press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat egg whites; add confectioners' sugar and 1 stick softened butter. Beat for 10 minutes on high speed. Pour over crumb crust. Spoon pineapple over cream layer. Arrange bananas on top. Spread Cool Whip over bananas. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries. Chill for 15 minutes.
