CORN BREAD DRESSING 
Chicken
2 pans corn bread (cold)
4-5 biscuits (homemade) or 6 slices bread
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 eggs
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. sage
Lots of black pepper

Boil chicken parts (or) ham until done, remove chicken (or) ham pieces. Add to cornbread along with some of the broth from cooked chicken. Add seasoning. Mix in eggs until thick as you want it. Pour all into a heavy pan and bake in oven until brown, 350 degrees.
