CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. butter
1 pan corn bread, crumbled
6 c. soft bread cubes
3 c. fresh mushroom slices
2 c. celery slices
2 to 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt

Saute onion in butter. Add to combined remaining ingredients. Toss lightly, mixing well. Place in 3 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees F. about 1 hour.
