SUGAR-FREE APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can apple juice concentrate
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
5 lg. apples
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Stir water into cornstarch; add to boiling apple juice until thickened. Then add butter and salt. Pour over layered apples in unbaked bottom crust. Place little pieces of butter over apple mixture. Cover with top crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
