DIABETIC SUGAR FREE APPLE PIE 
4 c. pared & sliced apples
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple concentrate, thawed & undiluted
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Pie crust for a 8" pie, 2nd crust for top

Mix apples and remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Top with pastry. Seal edges. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
