DUTCH APPLE PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 lg. egg yolk, slightly beaten

Brush this on the crust bottom and sides. Mix together the following and put in crust:

5 1/2 c. peeled and sliced apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter

Mix and put on top of apple mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
