SPEEDY POTATO BAKE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of chicken
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine hash browns with butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Put in buttered 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
