HOT AND SOUR SOUP 
1 can chicken broth
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. bamboo shoots
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with a little water

Mix first 5 ingredients and cook until hot. Stir cornstarch mixture into the hot soup to thicken. Sprinkle with green onions to serve.
