GERMAN GOOSEBERRY PIE 
2 c. gooseberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pinch of salt
1/3 c. milnot
2 eggs
cinnamon to taste

Place gooseberries into an unbaked pie crust. Beat sugar, eggs, salt and milnot together and pour over berries. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
