REFRIGERATOR CUCUMBER PICKLES 
7 c. cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 c. white sugar
1 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 onions, thinly sliced

Layer cucumbers and onions in jars (raw). Mix other ingredients well and pour over. Do not heat or cook. Keep refrigerated. Use in 5 days, but will keep 6 to 9 months. These keep crisp and good.
