BROCCOLI & CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 egg, beaten
12-14 saltines, beaten
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. allspice (opt.)

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour onto non stick 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
