BROCCOLI-CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cream-style corn
1 1/4 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, divided
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well. Cook corn according to package directions. Combine broccoli, corn, 1 cup stuffing mix, soup, egg, butter and onion; mix well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1/4 cup stuffing mix.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Yields 6 servings.
