BROCCOLI - CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine first 8 ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Blend 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter, sprinkling over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
