CORN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 slice bread, toasted & cubed
12 crackers, crushed

Cook broccoli according to directions. Mix together corn, beaten eggs, toast cubes and 1/2 the melted butter. Salt and pepper. Drain broccoli. Add to corn mixture.

Pour into greased casserole. Add cracker crumbs to remaining butter. Sprinkle over mixture. Let set for 1 hour. Then bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can make casserole the day before and kept in refrigerator before baking.
