BROCCOLI AND CORN BAKE 
2 (10 oz. ea.) pkgs. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans creamed corn
1 pkg. Chicken in a Biscuit crackers, crushed
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven 350°F. Mix crackers and melted butter together in a bowl set 1/2 cup aside for topping.

Mix broccoli, all 4 cans of corn and remaining crackers in a casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup crackers that are left over.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
