MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag marshmallows

Heat butter and cocoa together. Remove from heat; beat in sugar and add eggs. Mix well. Add flour, nuts, and vanilla; mix well again. Pour into a well greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Place marshmallows on top of cake and bake for one minute. Spread with Mississippi Icing.

MISSISSIPPI ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan. When butter melts, spread over hot cake.
