CAKE:

2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c.milk
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

CAKE: Mix together sugar and cocoa. Add oil, eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Beat well. Fold in chopped nuts. Bake in greased and floured sheet pan 40 to 45 minutes at 300 degrees. When done remove from heat and pour 1 bag miniature marshmallows over top. Put icing over this and serve from pan.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk

ICING: Melt butter and add other ingredients. Pour over cake.
