BEEF - POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 c. potatoes, thinly sliced

Brown ground beef and add all ingredients except potatoes. Place in layers in one quart dish, alternating with layers of meat and potatoes (ending with a layer of meat on top). Bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours, covered.
