BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper
1 onion
1 can mushroom soup
Grated cheese
5 potatoes
1/2 c. milk

Brown ground beef with onion. Put in greased casserole dish, cover with cheese. Add salt and pepper. Slice potatoes over cheese. Cover with milk. Spread mushroom soup on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
