MAYONNAISE DRESSING 
2 eggs
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 level tbsp. flour
Butter, size of a walnut
Pinch of salt

Mix dry ingredients; add well beaten eggs. Heat water, vinegar and butter; add well mixed dry ingredients and boil until thick. If too thick after standing, add cream and beat. Very good with potato salad.
