CHICKEN BAKED IN RICE 
1 frying chicken, disjointed, or chicken breast
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Combine rice, soup mix, salt and water in baking dish. Arrange chicken over rice; dot with butter and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

RICE PUDDING:

2 c. cooked rice (salted to taste)
1 tbsp. lemon flavoring
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Pet milk
2 tbsp. flour

Melt 1/2 stick of butter in pan or dish and pour in mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
