BAKED CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. milk 1 frying chicken, cut up or 6 breasts 1 env. Lipton's dried onion soup mix Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle the uncooked rice evenly over bottom. heat together the soups with the milk. Pour over the rice. Place pieces of raw chicken on rice and soups and sprinkle dried onion soup over chicken. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/4 hours. |
