LAYERED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 head lettuce 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, well drained 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, well drained 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/2 c. green onions, chopped 6 hard cooked eggs, sliced or chopped 6 or 8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled With torn lettuce on bottom of bowl, layer ingredients in order given in a large bowl. Cover and seal to edges of bowl with dressing. DRESSING: 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing mix 1 c. sour cream 2 c. mayonnaise Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Toss just before serving. |
