“BAKED TILAPIA THAT JOSH LOVES!” IS IN:

BAKED TILAPIA THAT JOSH LOVES!
4 boneless tilapia fillets
Italian dressing to cover fillets
2 tsp. garlic powder
large shake of pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 tbsp. pineapple juice (optional)
fresh carrots cut up into small pieces (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and allow fish to marinate for 1/2 hour.

Peel and cut carrots while waiting.

Pour fish and dressing mix into a baking dish. Put cut carrots (as many as you like) around the fish. The dressing gives the carrots a great flavor... plus it's an added bonus to your healthy meal!

Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Don't over-bake or fish will become dry.

Good eaten with rice and corn on the cob. :)

I am not a fish fan but this recipe changed my mind and my diet. Great taste and easy to make. Also good with Greek Vinaigrette instead of the Italian Dressing.

I can't wait to try this. I'm not an experienced cook, and this looks easy to make. Hey, if Josh loves it, I'll love it, too!

This is excellent. I cut the recipe in half, did not use the pineapple juice. I had 4 recipes going from this site the same day - all keepers.

I grew up in New England eating cod and haddock every week. Tilapia was never offered in restaurants till I was in my late 30's! When tilapia began showing up on menus I tried it not thinking twice and I just couldn't eat it. The taste, to me, is awful. It's simply bad fish in my book.

Wow! I love how easy but more than that, it's the flavor!! Didn't use the orange juice or the lemon juice and baked it for 15 mins instead of the 20-25 mins. Wow again and thank you

I use Kraft fat free or low fat dressing to bake chicken. Spicier than regular. Never thought to use on fish! Good stuff.
