TOFU PIZZA | |
1/2 c. white flour 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 3/4 oz. corn bran or meal 1 pkg. dry yeast 1 tsp. honey 2 tsp. olive oil 1/2 c. warm water SAUCE: 1 c. tomato sauce (low sodium) 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. oregano TOPPINGS: Green peppers Onion rings Sliced olives 1 c. chopped tomatoes 4 oz. grated cheeze 12 oz. crumbled dried tofu Crust: Soften yeast in warm water. Mix ingredients, let rise until double. Spread with fingers onto coated 12 inch pan. Cover with sauce and toppings (cheezes last). Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. May add mushrooms, vegetarian sausage, etc. |
