PASTA PIZZA SALAD (DOUBLE) 
2 c. ring macaroni, cooked
3 chopped tomatoes
8 oz. grated or diced cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
1 purple onion, sliced thin

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Pour onto the above ingredients. Better if mixed night before.

Just before serving, add 2 cups croutons and 1/3 cup Parmesan grated cheese.

Optional: 1 clove of garlic, chopped fine, chunks of ham, pepperoni, etc.
