QUICK AND EASY STUFFED MANGOS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can Spanish rice
1 lg. can tomato sauce
4 average size mangos
1 tsp. salt

Cut top off mangos, take insides out. Place washed mangos in 1 quart boiling water and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Mix hamburger with Spanish rice. Stuff into cooked mangos. Place into Casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over mangos. Cook at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
