QUICK STUFFED TURKEY 
1/2 to 1 lb. sliced turkey breast (sliced thick)
1 pkg. stuffing mix (Stove Top)
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. slivered almonds (toasted)
1 tbsp. cinnamon
(can also use chopped walnuts, apricots, pecans)

Mix stuffing and other ingredients together. Place in slice of turkey, roll and place seam side down in dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve over spinach noodles which have been mixed with olive oil, fresh grated Romano cheese, garlic powder, salt. See sauce recipe below.

WHITE SAUCE FOR OVER TURKEY:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. half and half (1 pt.)
Sherry
Parsley or tarragon (fresh)

Cook until thick and pour over turkey slices before baking, making sure turkey is covered completely so as not to dry out. Serve extra sauce when serving.
