QUICK & EASY STUFFED PEPPERS 
3 or 4 green bell peppers
1 can corn beef hash
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce

Select well shaped peppers that will stand erect. Remove stem end and clean seeds and membranes from inside each pepper. Boil in water for 5 minutes. Drain and stuff with corn beef hash. Arrange in shallow baking dish and pour tomato sauce over peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for minutes basting occasionally with sauce from bottom of dish.
