COLD OVEN ORANGE POUND CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
1/2 c. shortening
2 sticks butter
1 c. milk
6 eggs, room temperature
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Happy Home orange flavoring

Cream sugar, shortening and butter until it changes color and is light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly between each one. Alternate milk and flour, mixing well after each addition. Add flavoring. Bake in well greased tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Cool completely (cold) before turning out of pan.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange flavoring

Combine cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and orange flavoring. Beat until stiff and fluffy. Add raisins, coconut and nuts. Spread on cold cake. Keep refrigerated.
