QUICK AND EASY STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 cans Spanish rice
6 med. green peppers
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground beef along with salt and pepper to taste. Drain ground beef; add Spanish rice and mix well. Stuff green peppers with mixture and place in a Dutch oven. Put leftover ground beef mixture around green peppers. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
