ANTIPASTA SALAD | |
1 box seashells, cooked and cooled 2-3 sticks celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 stick pepperoni, chopped 1/4 lb. hard salami, chopped 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, cubed 1 can olives, chopped 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano Mix together seasoning. Mix remaining ingredients together. Sprinkle seasoning over everything. Combine 3/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup vinegar. Pour over and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. |
