SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. vinegar
Dash red pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. butter

In bowl mix bread crumbs, milk, egg, meat, salt, pepper and onion. Mix well, shape into balls. Roll in flour. Heat 2 tbsp. butter in large skillet and brown meat balls on all sides. Drain off fat. Blend in remaining ingredients and pour over meat balls. Simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
