SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. cold water
1 egg
Garlic salt to taste
Salt and pepper

Mix and form into balls. DO NOT BROWN.

1 c. chili sauce
2 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
Juice from 2 lemons
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar

Bring to a boil. Add meatballs to sauce and simmer 2 hours.
