SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 tbsp. bread crumbs (may use oatmeal or crackers)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. can chunk sweetened pineapple
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chunk green pepper (may use frozen, do not defrost)
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix first 4 ingredients. Roll in small balls. Brown in small amount of oil. Drain off all grease. Add pineapple and juice, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and green peppers. Simmer until meatballs are done. Mix cornstarch with water to thicken. Simmer 2 minutes more. Serve over your favorite rice. If taking somewhere, may pour over rice.
