SWEET & SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika

Mix. Shape into balls, arrange in circle. Cover with wax paper. Cook in microwave 9-10 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn at 5 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 c. beef bouillon
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
1/2 bell pepper, cut into rings
2 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with water

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
