SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. lean ground chuck
2 eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste

SAUCE;
1 bottle chili sauce
1/2 c. grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix meat, eggs, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Make into small balls.

SAUCE: Heat chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice to boiling.

Drop RAW meatballs into sauce. Lower heat to simmer and cook 15-20 minutes.
