HIATACHE RICE AND SAUSAGE
JAMBALAYA
 
1 lb. sausage, cut to 1/2" or bite-size pieces
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 can beef broth (2 c.)
1/2 stick butter, soft
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped

Cook sausage until brown. Add all ingredients to electric rice cooker. Stir to mix and turn cooker on. You may substitute sausage with shrimp, chicken, crabmeat, crawfish or ground beef.
