CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
2 c. raw cranberries
3 c. unpeeled apples, diced
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. quick uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, mix together cranberries, apples and sugar. Place in casserole dish and set aside.

TOPPING: Make topping by mixing together the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, pecans and melted butter. Put on top of cranberry mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
