CRANBERRY CASSEROLE 
3 c. apples, peeled & chopped
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans (opt.)
1/2 c. melted butter

In a 2 quart casserole, combine apples, cranberries and sugar. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over apple-cranberry mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for almost an hour until lightly browned and bubbly. A must for turkey! 12 servings.
