CRANBERRY - APPLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. apples (approx. 3 apples)
2 c. cranberries (1 bag of fresh)
1 1/2 c. sugar

Rinse berries, chop up apples, mix well with the sugar and let stand.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 to 2 sticks butter

Mix all dry ingredients. Melt butter. Spray casserole with Pam. Pour apple-cranberry mixture into casserole. Put topping on. Drizzle butter melted over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
