MEXICAN STYLE PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, sliced 1-inch thick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 to 1 cup chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove

SAUCE:

1/3 cup chili sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup boiling water

Trim fat from pork chops. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and pound lightly.

Heat oil in skillet and brown pork chops. Add onion and garlic; cook about 5 minutes. Drain oil and place pork chops in casserole dish.

Mix chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and water. Pour over casserole dish.

Cover and bake at 375°F for 50 to 60 minutes remaining cover for the last 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
